If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login to your Dashboard, then reset your password by following the steps below:

Step 1. Press "Sign In" button on the homepage right corner.
Step 2. Click "Lost Password?" Link.
Step 3. Enter your Username or email Address associated with your account and press Reset Password button.
Step 4. You will receive email with the "reset your password" link.
step 5. click "reset your password" link.
step 6. The link will redirect you to the dashboard for password reset.
Type in your new password, Confirm again and Click on "Save"
step 7. Go back to login panel and login with your new password.

To become event creator and Author first you need to get registered. After your successful registration, you should have to contact us. After we reviewed your profile and you are qualified for being Event Creator you will be promoted to Author and link to Author Dashboard is sent via your email address. Then with your user credential you can login to Author Dashboard and create events.
note: this process can take from 10 minute up to 48 Hour. if you are not promoted in 48 Hour you should have to contact us again.

If you are promoted to author, you can register your venue and create unlimited number of event on p2b-ethiopia site .if you create event on p2b-ethiopia, automatically it is posted on 6 different social medias and your event can get a lot of audiences.

If you are looking for how to buy event ticket here is step by step guide below.
1. click BUYTICKET button found on the nav header right side.
2. Select event ticket you want and click add to cart button.
3. Click view in cart link or Cart icon found on the header.
4. On cart page you can increase quantity of ticket, enter coupon code, and remove the ticket from cart.
5. Click proceed to checkout button.
6. Fill billing information and pay with payment method of your choice.

To apply coupon on the ticket in order to get discount, follow the step below

1. First Copy your coupon code.
2. Click the cart icon on the header nav.
3. Paste your coupon code and click apply coupon button.
4. After your coupon is successfully applied, you can check the effect on the cart totals section.

After you successfully add ticket to your cart
1. Click cart icon.
2. Click proceed to checkout on the bottom of page.
3. Click telebirr logo on the bottom of checkout page and you will be redirected to telebirr payment address.
4. fill your correct credential and submit.

NB: you can't pay for different event ticket with telebirr.
you can only pay for one event but you can buy any number of ticket.

After you successfully add ticket to your cart
1. Click cart icon.
2. Click proceed to checkout on the bottom of the page.
3. Fill all your billing information on the form in the checkout page.
4. Mark radio box above yenepay icon and click Pay with yenepay Button on the bottom of the page. then you will be redirected to yenepay.
5. On yenepay fill your yenepay account detail and login.
